John Muir Community Health Fund
The John Muir Community Health Fund (CHF) distributes grants and partners with community-based, nonprofit organizations to create sustainable health initiatives that address the root causes of poor health in Central and East Contra Costa County. Since our inception in 1997, we have invested more than $34 million in these health initiatives. As a separately incorporated 501(c)(3) supporting organization, we perform this vital community benefit function for John Muir Health, thanks to its generous financial support
